The Wanted- Glad You Came (Remixes)

I originally started writing this a few months ago, and for some reason never finished it. As many of you know, the original version of this song is all over the radio. The song is great, catchy chorus with an intoxicating beat. Let me tell you, it is impossible for this song to not put a smile on your face! The remix I am talking about was done by the Italian veteran Alex Gaudino. For those of you that know about this producer, you’ll know he messes around with a lot of radio remixes… which has its ups and downs. Still to this day, he created one of my favorite house songs “I’m In Love”, which I recommend you all check out. I don’t see my self hearing this track being performed at a club by any big-name DJs, but if you are a local DJ and looking for a track that will spice up your set… look no further! The remixes are old but they are still good! Enjoy!

This guy has been all over the place in 2011, making hit after hit. A few weeks ago I stumbled upon two of his new songs and fell in love with both of them. When I first came across Encoded it wasn’t in great quality but after listening to the entire song I realized that this was his next hit. The build up is awesome and gives me the feeling that I am listening to something that Tiesto would produce. This artist is crazy talented and has a huge future. The second song I came across was his beautiful remix to What A Feeling by Alex Gaudino. Personally this is my favorite out of all those remixes, but ill leave that up to you to decide whats your favorite. Enjoy!

Wow just when I thought last year was the best that Alex Gaudino could do, he starts off 2011 with another potential banger! This song gives me the feeling that we will be hearing it on the radio shortly, rather than the clubs. The vocals to this song are by the beautiful Kelly Rowland, and she too did an incredible job on this track. Not only do we have the radio version of this song, but we also have two amazing remixes of it. Make sure to check them all out! Enjoy!

For all of you who have been patiently waiting for us to post this song, don’t worry the time has come. There is only one reason why I haven’t posted  it yet, and that is because I have been waiting for the release of the Laidback Luke version.  Well a little while back he posted on his webpage that this was going to be available for purchase along with several other remixes. I cant wait any longer, so here are all of the remixes that need to be posted now. Several other big names took their try at  this hit ike Skrillex and Alex Gaudino. Alex Gaudino and Benny Benassi are two of the best house producers around. Every one of there songs deserves a listen. Since Benny has been working with American Pop stars, he has been killing it, and he may soon take over the hearts of the American public, just like David Guetta. It’s only a matter of time. Whatever they are doing, they need to keep it up if they want to continue to hold the top spots. I am not sure when this song came out but the first time I heard it was a few weeks ago. After hearing it, I was really drawn to the Benny mix because of its beautiful melody. Enjoy!

Casely has never been featured on The Nation, but after hearing Neva Fall he definitely deserves some recognition, and this can arguably become his comeback song. Casely is an RnB/Hip Hop artist out of Florida and first came onto the scene in 2008. His new hit Neva Fall was produced by Lu Diaz and has a very dance-pop vibe to it.  Alex Gaudino and Jason Rooney have created an incredible remix to this and I personally feel they did an outstanding job with this track. I am definitely feeling both versions so make sure to put these in your iTunes!

Wideboys Remixes

Wideboys is made up of two record producers and professional remixers from London. These two men have pumped out some incredible remixes over the years and each year they come out with more and more of them! Every record they touch turns into gold. Here is a group of Wideboys remixes that have piled up in my iTunes. Most of them are old but some of them are new so make sure to check them all out! Whenever they do a remix, they do two versions: a “Radio Edit” remix and a “Club” remix.
